Mr. Smeal’s background has been working with Fortune 500 companies. Formally educated with an emphasis in Business, Wayne has held upper management positions with both Con Agra and Kellogg’s prior to founding Executive Tans in March of 1991. His specialties are in franchise sales, management, real estate, and marketing. Today Mr. Smeal is the C.E.O. of Executive Home Rentals, LLC and is primarily responsible for vendor relationships and strategic management.
Mr. Rivera has a 9-year background in franchise management and franchisee training on strong sales performance. Prior to his position as National Trainer, he was the National Sales Trainer for Executive Tans Corporate Headquarters in Lakewood, Colorado. Mr. Rivera areas of expertise are training and ongoing support for a franchise business model. As President of Executive Home Rentals Franchising, Jon is primarily responsible for EHR university training, on-going training, and improving overall franchisee performance and profitability.
Mr. Hancey has over 15 years of experience in production and custom home building as well as commercial construction. Holding management positions at Owens Corning as well as owning and operating his own contracting firm Mr. Hancey has been exposed to both corporate and private business practices. Scott has a commercial pilot rating and transfers the discipline and systems management of an aviator to his business. As C.E.O. of Executive Home Rentals Maintenace Management, Mr. Hancey is responsible for the navigation of the company and creating the highest service standards in the industry.
Ron provides the management of the financial operations for Executive Home Rentals Franchising and through his firm, Insight Professional Services, provides the daily accounting and payroll services for the Franchise and its Franchisees. Originally trained in large company operations during his tenure with Deloitte, a Big 4 audit and advisory services firm, Ron rounded out his expertise with emerging company businesses through a variety of positions with notable venture capital firms in Southern California, and CFO & COO roles directly with venture-backed and privately-owned start- up companies. Ron is on the Advisory Board for the Center for Innovation at Metro State University in Denver and co-chairs the program development team for the Franchise Ownership Program debuting in 2011. Ron was born and raised in Southern California, and graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in Business Economics and an emphasis in Accounting. Ron is a proud resident of downtown Denver, and loves to explore new restaurants, entertainment venues and the Colorado outdoors.
